We're Hiring: Senior Recruitment Manager & Sourcing Manager

We are looking for dynamic and experienced professionals with extensive BPO experience or in a similar field to join our team in the following roles:

1. Senior Recruitment Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment processes across various functions and levels.
  • Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies.
  • Partner with business leaders to understand hiring needs and workforce planning.
  • Mentor and guide the recruitment team to ensure consistent high performance.
  • Track recruitment metrics and continuously improve processes.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in recruitment management, preferably in a fast-paced or large-scale environment.
  • Strong knowledge of talent acquisition strategies and best practices.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to analyze recruitment data and provide actionable insights.
  • Extensive experience in BPO or similar industries preferred.

2. Sourcing Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
  • Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements.
  • Utilize multiple channels, including social media, job boards, networking, and referrals, to source candidates.
  • Maintain a database of qualified candidates and track sourcing metrics.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in talent sourcing, preferably in a recruitment agency or corporate setting.
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques, tools, and technologies.
  • Excellent research, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver quality candidates in a timely manner.
  • Extensive experience in BPO or similar industries preferred.
