Talent Acquisition works jointly with recruiters and oversees the sourcing, interviewing and hiring processes of employees and making sure the recruiting strategies used by the team are up to date and help them implement new ones. The ultimate goal is to manage all recruitment efforts of BPO International for ensuring that it hires qualified employees and satisfies its current/future hiring needs.

The Talent Acquisition Manager is responsible for designing a recruitment process that is faithful to the organization's hiring strategy. Implement company hiring policies that encourage employee diversity and identify strategies to find candidates who will fit the company culture. As ambassadors to possible new hires, recruitment manager help to optimize and promote the employer's brand.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic / Tactical

  • Performs end-to-end recruitment procedures for Managers and Director-level positions.
  • Update current and design new recruiting procedures (e.g., job application and onboarding processes).
  • Supervise the recruiting team and report on its performance.
  • Coordinate with department managers to forecast future hiring needs.

Reports and Analytics

  • Prepares regular recruitment reports and ensures prompt delivery to all stakeholders.
  • Ensures recruitment costs per hire is within the standard cost range applicable to the position/rank.
  • Prepares Adhoc reports as requested by authorized representatives.
  • Updating current and designing new recruiting procedures.

Process and Compliance

  • Ensures accuracy and timeliness of submission of necessary documentation of every hire to the Payroll Department.
  • Collects all pre-employment requirements and ensures compliance to hiring standards, including but not limited to Background and Character Checks, Medical Clearance, and other certifications and relevant documentation as required.
  • Creates individual scanned and hard folders for 201 files to ensure that data and other forms of information are secured and free from exposure, loss, destruction, and theft.
  • Adapts to any approved changes in processes as required by the business, client, or government.

Leadership Responsibilities

  • Brand Ambassador of BPOI.
  • Participates in training, development, and other company activities.
  • Identifies process improvement.
  • Performs other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.

Qualifications:

Education / Special Studies

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Organizational Psychology, Behavioral Sciences, or any related field.
  • Solid foundation in HR and recruitment principles through formal education and applied experience.

Experience

  • At least 4 years of experience as a Recruitment Manager, Talent Acquisition Manager, HR Manager, or in a similar leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of end-to-end HR processes, including recruitment, onboarding, training, and talent management.
  • Exceptional leadership, team management, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Demonstrated strong interest and passion for recruitment and talent acquisition.

Specialization / Industry

  • Background in Recruitment, particularly in:
  • Job Ad Creation & Design
  • Database Management
  • Recruitment Reports, Metrics, and Analytics
  • Experience in the BPO industry is highly preferred.
