Role Description

This is a contract on-site role for a Sr. Digital Product Owner in the Banking Industry located in Makati. The Sr. Digital Product Owner will be responsible for managing the lifecycle of digital products, conducting business analysis, collaborating with software development teams, and using analytical skills to drive product success. Daily tasks include defining product vision, creating detailed product plans, gathering and prioritizing requirements, and communicating with stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of products.

Job Description:

Drive the bank's digital growth by leading the strategy, development, and performance of mobile banking platforms. Ensure seamless customer experience, innovation, and alignment with business goals to increase user engagement, revenue, and operational efficiency.

Skills required:

  • 10+ years in banking or fintech, with at least 5 years in a senior digital leadership role.
  • Proven track record in launching or managing mobile banking platforms.
  • 3–5 years using analytics tools to drive digital KPIs (e.g., MAU, NPS, conversion).
  • Led cross-functional teams and managed third-party vendors for digital delivery.
  • Familiarity with banking regulations (e.g., AML, KYC, PSD2) and cybersecurity.
  • Managed teams of 10+ in digital or tech environments.
