What You'll Do:

  • Be the go-to expert for preventive maintenance across HVAC, carpentry, masonry, electrical, painting, drywall, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
  • Lead and guide a small team while ensuring smooth operations in an office/BPO environment.
  • Monitor and maintain critical electrical equipment like air-conditioning units, pumps, motors, and utilities.
  • Use your tech-savvy skills to manage reports and updates via laptop.

What We're Looking For:

  • 1+ year experience in facilities maintenance (office/BPO setup preferred).
  • 1+ year leadership experience – you've led a team and know how to get things done.
  • Willing to work on a 6-day shifting schedule (AM, MID, PM).
  • Computer literate and comfortable with basic tech tools.
  • TESDA NC2 Certification is a big plus
