JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's Degree of Business Management or Accounting.
  • Preferably with experience as accounting assistant
  • Familiarity with basic accounting procedures and principles
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office tools
  • Knowledge of accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) processes
  • Understanding of general ledger entries and bank reconciliations
  • Ability to generate and process invoices, receipts, and expense reports
  • Residing in the municipalities near Trece Martires City, Cavite
  • With complete government mandated benefits

JOB DESCRIPTION:

1. Bookkeeping & Sales Monitoring

  • Prepare and reconcile monthly Trial Balance, identifying any overages or shortages.
  • Encode paid payables into the accounting system.
  • Encoding petty cash transactions, including both VATable and non-VATable purchases.
  • Record and summarize cashless sales transactions (e.g., Grab Food, Food Panda, Pay Maya, GCash, etc.).
  • Encode and monitor Daily Sales Reports (DSR) for the assigned stores to ensure accuracy in sales reporting.

2. BIR Filing and Compliance

  • Encode all VAT and Non-VAT receipts and purchases for monthly reports.
  • Access SM Portal to input rent, reimbursement, and merchandise amounts for 2307 preparation.
  • Compute Grab Food withholding tax by dividing the total by 0.02 for 2307 purposes and prepare corresponding documentation.
  • Generate and submit BIR e-Submission files to ensure compliance with government regulations.

3. Payables Management

  • Review and verify the Goods Issued (GI) reports from the store against the purchase summaries provided by WHD to ensure consistency and accuracy of supplies received and recorded.
  • Verify and encode vegetable bills to ensure accuracy.
  • Encode Coca-Cola purchases under VAT classification and prepare a summary report.
  • Prepare summaries for Royalty Fees and NAF Billing based on data provided by WHD and third-party platforms like Epicurean.

WORK SCHEDULE:

Monday-Friday (8am-5:30pm)

Pay: Php15,000.00 per month
