This role requires expertise in the full lifecycle management of industrial LPG infrastructure projects, ensuring compliance, safety, and operational efficiency within a demanding technical sector.


I. Industrial Project Execution & Planning
  • Industrial Site Validation: Conduct detailed LPG infrastructure site inspections and technical risk assessments to validate design requirements and operational constraints before project commencement, collaborating closely with the Sales team on technical scoping.
  • Engineering Design & Costing: Generate code-compliant isometric pipe routing designs and develop precise, industrial-grade cost estimates for materials and labor based on established engineering standards.
  • Resource and Schedule Management: Formulate detailed manpower schedules and create comprehensive Gantt charts for industrial construction timelines.
  • Technical Stakeholder Briefing: Prepare and present rigorous technical progress reports for engineering coordination and assist in briefing senior management on industrial execution plans.
II. Industrial Installation & Operational Oversight
  • Logistics & Personnel Management: Manage the mobilization and demobilization of specialized personnel and equipment for high-risk, industrial installation sites.
  • Operational Adherence: Supervise daily project activities to ensure strict adherence to industrial safety protocols, technical specifications, and planned budgets/schedules.
  • Industrial Risk Mitigation: Implement and manage Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment, and Control (HIRAC) plans specific to pressurized systems and pipeline construction, ensuring a proactive approach to industrial site safety.
  • Sector Coordination: Coordinate with major industrial clients and specialized suppliers to maintain smooth project flow in the regulated LPG sector.
III. Post-Project Review & Technical Documentation
  • Technical Archiving: Organize and maintain comprehensive engineering and compliance documentation (e.g., as-builts, pressure test reports) for future audits and operational reference.
  • Close-Out Analysis: Prepare detailed close-out reports, including the technical comparison of planned vs. actual budget expenditures and a summary of industrial lessons learned during execution.

IV. Long-Term Industrial Account Management
  • Preventive Maintenance: Establish and enforce scheduled preventive maintenance routines (e.g., valve testing, pressure vessel inspections) for bulk and commercial LPG accounts to ensure system integrity and regulatory compliance.
  • System Integrity & Enhancement: Conduct technical assessments of existing LPG systems and recommend necessary repairs or capital enhancements (e.g., pump replacements, system resizing).
  • Client Support: Address and resolve complex technical complaints and service requests promptly and effectively.
