We are hiring a General Accounting Associate to join our finance team in Cavite

If you have experience in accounting within a manufacturing or construction environment, this is your opportunity to work with a well-established company that values accuracy, timeliness, and teamwork.

Responsibilities:

  • Process journal entries, payables, receivables, and other day-to-day accounting tasks
  • Coordinate with Procurement for verification and matching of Purchase Orders, deliveries, and invoices
  • Assist in cost tracking, inventory reconciliation, and project expense monitoring
  • Reconcile accounts with suppliers, customers, and internal departments
  • Support monthly closing activities and financial reporting
  • Help prepare documentation for audits and regulatory compliance
  • Ensure timely and accurate encoding and filing of accounting records
  • Collaborate with operations and warehouse teams for inventory and costing validation

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, or a related course
  • Experience in a manufacturing or construction company is a strong advantage
  • Knowledge of PO processing and invoice matching
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or equivalent)
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to meet deadlines
  • Willing to work on-site in Trece Martires
  • Must be a licensed CPA with 3-5 years of experience in General Accounting
  • Can start immediately
