We're looking for experienced Customer Service Representatives who are passionate about providing excellent customer support Join a fast-growing company and take the next step in your BPO career

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries via calls, chat, or email in a professional and efficient manner.
  • Provide accurate information and ensure customer satisfaction at all times.
  • Resolve customer complaints by identifying problems and offering appropriate solutions.
  • Update and document all customer interactions in the system.
  • Meet or exceed individual performance metrics and quality standards.

Qualifications:

  • At least 6 months of BPO or call center experience.
  • Open to College Graduates (No BPO experience required)
  • Strong English communication and active listening skills.
  • Amenable to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.
