Scope of Work:

I. DL

a) Contract Management- Organizing documents related to contract agreement

b) Purchase Order Monitoring- Regularly tracks purchase order values on SAP through a monitoring file

c) Assist Vendor Querieson contracts, payments, et al

II. SO

a) Invoice Validation- Ensures that invoices are compliant to the General Invoicing Requirements

b) ERS Creation- Ensures proper cost allocation of surveyor fees

c) AVA Documents/Data Monitoring

d) Time Logs- Accurate encoding of time stamps from the surveyor documents if needed or requested

e) AVA Analysis -Updating the AVA Analysis based from the data of AVA and documents

f) Sales Order Creation

g) Charges Database- Updating and monitoring charges database based on the billing

III. Ad Hoc Tasks

Supports in meeting arrangements, year-end giveaways and event preparations
