Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Live Stream Manager who will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing all live broadcast content across platforms like TikTok Live, Instagram, Facebook Live. You will manage technical setup, talent coordination, live engagement, and post-stream analytics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage the end-to-end live streaming calendar.

  • Coordinate with live stream hosts and content creators.

  • Oversee technical setup including streaming software, audio/video equipment, and internet stability.

  • Optimize real-time engagement with viewers via chat moderation, callouts, and interactive segments.

  • Monitor stream performance and troubleshoot issues live.

  • Analyze data post-stream to assess reach, engagement, and areas of improvement.

  • Stay up-to-date with platform trends, best practices, and emerging tools.

  • Collaborate with marketing, social media, and creative teams to promote streams.

Job Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience managing live streams on platforms like Twitch, YouTube Live, TikTok, etc.

  • Strong understanding of streaming tools.

  • Ability to work under pressure and troubleshoot technical issues on the fly.

  • Excellent communication and project management skills.

  • Familiarity with audience engagement tactics, chat moderation tools, and basic video editing.

  • Creative mindset with an eye for visual presentation.

  • Experience in influencer or brand collaborations.
