About the role

Join the dynamic team at Pacific Skyloft Residences Condominium Corporation as a Property Engineer. In this full-time role based in Sampaloc, Manila City, Metro Manila, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the condominium's infrastructure and systems. As a key member of the property management team, you will play a vital role in maintaining the high standards and excellent service that Pacific Skyloft Residences is known for.

What you'll be doing

• Oversee the maintenance and repair of all building systems, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and other mechanical equipment
• Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance to identify and address any issues proactively
• Coordinate with contractors and service providers to ensure timely and effective completion of projects
• Monitor energy and water usage, and implement energy-saving initiatives to optimise efficiency
• Respond to and resolve any emergency situations or resident requests in a timely and professional manner
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of all maintenance activities and expenses
• Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures to enhance the overall operation and management of the property

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Property Engineer or in a similar role within the real estate industry
• Strong technical knowledge and hands-on experience in the maintenance and troubleshooting of building systems
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills to handle a wide range of property management challenges
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to interact with residents, contractors, and team members
• Proficient in using property management software and MS Office applications
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on safety and compliance
