About the role

Pacific Properties' is seeking an experienced Accounting Officer to join our growing team in Sampaloc, Manila City. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial statements, and providing valuable insights to support the company's strategic decision-making.

What you'll be doing

  1. Ensuring accurate and timely recording of all financial transactions
  2. Preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
  3. Reconciling general ledger accounts and bank statements
  4. Assisting with the preparation of budgets and forecasts
  5. Providing financial analysis and recommendations to management
  6. Ensuring compliance with all relevant accounting standards and regulations
  7. Collaborating with the finance team and other departments to provide financial support

What we're looking for

  1. A bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance is required
  2. At least 2 years of experience in a similar accounting role, preferably in the property management or real estate industry
  3. Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and best practices
  4. Proficiency in using accounting software and spreadsheet applications
  5. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  6. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
  7. Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  8. CPA licensure is preferred but not required
