Hardware Setup and Configuration: Proficiency in installing, configuring, and troubleshooting computer hardware such as desktops, laptops, camera, biometrics device, servers, printers, scanners, and networking equipment.
Software Installation and Configuration: Experience in installing, configuring, and troubleshooting operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux), applications, and software updates.
Network Troubleshooting: Understanding of network protocols, troubleshooting network connectivity issues.
Security Awareness: Knowledge security measures to protect data and systems.
Troubleshooting and Problem-Solving: A systematic approach to identifying, diagnosing, and resolving technical issues. This involves gathering information, analyzing symptoms, testing potential solutions, and documenting the resolution process.
Good knowledge about MacOS,Windows, and Linux.
Familiarization on Technical Terminologies
Administration and Management of Admin Consoles: Responsible for managing, configuring, and maintaining various administrative consoles (e.g., Google Admin Console, Microsoft 365 Admin Center, Lark Admin, etc.). This includes user account provisioning, access control, policy enforcement, system monitoring, and ensuring overall platform security and compliance.
Response time to attend on users/superior request
Downtime that impacted to multiple users and internet
Assigned tasks completion (update on gc)
Quality of support (measure if user issue is solved temp or completely) - Endorsing the issue that solved temporarily.
Proactive on tasks, issues found/solving and responsibity show in current post
Capabilities to handle issues in effective timely methods
Willingness to improve knowledge/skill that improve team performance
