The opportunity

Yinshan Lending Inc. is seeking an experienced IT Specialist to join our dynamic team in Makati City, Metro Manila. As an IT Specialist, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and supporting our company's information technology infrastructure, ensuring smooth operations and enabling the success of our business.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide technical support and troubleshoot hardware and software issues for all employees
  • Administer and maintain the company's network, servers, and other IT systems
  • Implement and enforce IT policies and procedures to ensure data security and regulatory compliance
  • Assist with the deployment and configuration of new software and hardware
  • Provide training and guidance to employees on the effective use of IT systems and applications
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement technology solutions that drive business efficiency
  • Continuously monitor and optimise IT systems to enhance performance and reliability

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in an IT support or systems administration role
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with the ability to quickly diagnose and resolve technical issues
  • Proficient in managing and maintaining Windows and Linux-based systems, networks, and applications
  • Knowledge of networking protocols, server administration, and information security best practices
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills to effectively liaise with employees at all levels
  • Adaptable and able to learn new technologies quickly to support the evolving needs of the business
