We are looking for an Entry-Level Payroll Officer to join our team. The Payroll Officer will handle the preparation and processing of employee payroll while ensuring compliance with government-mandated contributions such as SSS, PhilHealth, and Pag-IBIG.

Responsibilities:

  • Process payroll accurately and on time for all employees.
  • Compute salaries, overtime, allowances, and deductions.
  • Handle remittances and online payments for SSS, PhilHealth, and Pag-IBIG.
  • Maintain payroll records, employee attendance, and leave credits.
  • Assist HR in responding to employee payroll-related inquiries.
  • Prepare and submit payroll reports as required.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resource Management, or related field (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
  • Basic knowledge of SSS, PhilHealth, and Pag-IBIG contributions is preferred.
  • Proficient in MS Excel or other spreadsheet software.
  • Strong attention to detail and confidentiality.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
