1. Store Operations and Performance Management

  • Monitor the health and performance metrics of Lazada, Shopee, and Tiktok stores, ensuring compliance with platform policies and achieving store targets.
  • Track and analyze key metrics, such as seller ratings, customer feedback, and sales performance, to identify areas for improvement.

2. Customer Interaction and Response Management

  • Supervise chat response teams to ensure timely and high-quality responses to customer inquiries.
  • Implement processes to improve response rates and maintain customer satisfaction.

3. Claim, Payouts, and Disputes

  • Oversee claims and disputes with the e-commerce platforms, ensuring timely and accurate resolution.
  • Monitor payouts to ensure they align with sales records and promptly address discrepancies.

4. Platform Collaboration and Support

  • Establish and maintain relationships with platform account managers to secure support for store activities and campaigns.
  • Stay updated on platform policies, promotional opportunities, and trends to leverage for store success.

5. Cross-Department Collaboration

  • Coordinate with marketing, operations, and supply chain teams to ensure adequate stock levels, promotional alignment, and smooth order fulfillment.
  • Provide regular updates to the Managing Director and other stakeholders on store performance and key initiatives.

6. Team Management and Development

  • Train and guide the chat response team and other assigned staff to meet performance expectations.
  • Develop and implement processes to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
