WE'RE HIRING: E-COMMERCE SALES ASSISTANT

Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented E-commerce Sales Assistant to help manage online store operations, assist customers, and support the sales and marketing team in achieving monthly targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage product listings, pricing, and inventory across e-commerce platforms (e.g.TikTok Shop, etc.)
  • Process online orders and ensure timely fulfillment
  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide excellent after-sales support
  • Coordinate with logistics partners for deliveries and returns
  • Assist in executing online promotions, campaigns, and social media updates
  • Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and monitor sales performance

Qualifications:

  • At least 1 year of experience in e-commerce or online sales (preferred)
  • Knowledge of e-commerce platforms and social media selling tools
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Organized, reliable, and results-driven
  • Basic knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets

Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate

Pay: From Php18,070.00 per month
