We are actively seeking a motivated and results-oriented individual to join our team as a Sales Associate focusing on telesales. Responsibilities Order Confirmation: Contact clients to confirm orders, ensuring accuracy of items, delivery address, and contact details. Customer Assistance: Assist clients with order inquiries, addressing concerns, and providing product/service information. Phone Support: Efficiently handle customer inquiries and orders via phone, ensuring high customer satisfaction. Sales Transactions: Execute sales transactions efficiently and in a customer-centric manner. Record Keeping: Maintain precise records of sales and relevant customer information. Target Achievement: Strive to meet monthly sales targets through proactive sales efforts. Qualifications & Details This position is available as part-time with the potential to transition to full-time, based in Canumay West, Valenzuela. Performance-based incentives are provided. Local client base. Experience: Previous telesales experience is preferred. Minimum 3-6 months of sales experience required. Strong organizational and presentation skills. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written. Computer literate with proficiency in standard office software.
