E-Commerce Manager We're looking for an experienced and results-driven E-Commerce Manager to take full ownership of our growth strategy across key e-commerce marketplaces. This high-impact role is the central driver for performance, revenue, and market expansion. You will be responsible for defining and executing the end-to-end e-commerce campaign calendar, managing both onsite and offsite media , and ensuring a seamless consumer journey. If you have extensive experience in online retail, digital marketing, and maximizing e-commerce sales through expert media management, we want to talk to you Key Responsibilities & Focus Areas Strategy & Campaign Leadership: Define e-commerce-specific growth strategies, and develop and execute the comprehensive e-commerce campaign calendar across all relevant media channels. Performance Marketing Excellence: Lead the strategy, implementation, and optimization of all performance marketing efforts with internal teams, agencies, and partners, focusing on key KPIs like ROAS, Conversion Rate (CVR), and GMV . You will be the key driver of e-commerce ROI. Cross-Functional Coordination: Act as the primary liaison for all e-commerce media and marketing programs, building strong relationships with Marketing, Creative, and Customer teams to ensure media executions align with commercial goals. Analytics & Optimization: Analyze campaign performance, provide actionable insights , and drive continuous improvement and optimization across all media buys and future campaigns. #J-18808-Ljbffr
