About the role

As a Store OIC at Iclick', you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of one of our retail stores in Mandaluyong City Metro Manila. This is a full-time position that will see you play a crucial role in driving the success and growth of our business.

What you'll be doing

  1. Manage and lead a team of retail associates to deliver exceptional customer service
  2. Oversee inventory management, stock replenishment, and loss prevention
  3. Ensure the store meets sales targets and KPIs through effective merchandising and staff coaching
  4. Maintain store appearance, cleanliness, and compliance with company policies and procedures
  5. Resolve customer queries and handle any complaints in a professional and timely manner
  6. Support the store manager in driving strategic initiatives and business development

  1. Previous experience in a store management or OIC role within the retail/consumer products industry
  2. Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
  3. Excellent customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities
  4. Proficient in inventory management, data analysis, and loss prevention
  5. Adaptable to change and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
