Job Summary:

We are seeking a versatile and experienced professional to oversee both electrical systems and facade design for a major construction project in Bacolod. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical engineering and architectural facade systems, ensuring that all building services and exterior elements are designed and implemented to meet safety, performance, and aesthetic standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Electrical Engineering Scope:

  • Design and review electrical systems including power distribution, lighting, and fire alarms.
  • Ensure compliance with the Philippine Electrical Code and other relevant standards.
  • Conduct site inspections and supervise electrical installations.
  • Prepare technical documentation, BOQs, and cost estimates.
  • Coordinate with other engineering disciplines and contractors.

Facade Engineering/Architectural Scope:

  • Develop and implement facade design concepts aligned with architectural goals.
  • Perform structural and thermal analysis of facade systems.
  • Select materials for durability, sustainability, and visual appeal.
  • Prepare shop drawings and oversee fabrication and installation.
  • Ensure compliance with building codes, safety standards, and environmental regulations.
Qualifications:
  • Licensed Electrical Engineer or Architect in the Philippines.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in electrical / facade design for building projects.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, Dialux, Rhino, and other relevant design tools.
  • Strong understanding of building codes, materials science, and construction practices.
  • Excellent coordination, communication, and project management skills.
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience in design-build or integrated project delivery.
  • Knowledge of sustainable building practices and energy-efficient systems.
  • Ability to manage multiple scopes and interface with diverse teams.
