Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Architect to design and oversee the construction of buildings and other structures. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical skills with a flair for design and a deep understanding of building regulations and sustainability principles. You will be responsible for conceptualizing, planning, and delivering architectural solutions that meet client needs, regulatory requirements, and budget constraints.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create building designs and highly detailed drawings using CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp).
  • Develop architectural plans and specifications from conceptual design to construction documents.
  • Ensure compliance with zoning laws, building codes, and safety regulations.
  • Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and clients throughout all phases of design and construction.
  • Prepare feasibility studies and site assessments.
  • Attend client meetings and present design proposals and progress reports.
  • Conduct site visits to ensure construction aligns with the design intent.
  • Stay updated on new design trends, sustainable architecture, and technologies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
  • Licensed architect (or on track for licensure) preferred.
  • 2-3 years of experience in architectural design and project management.
  • Proficient in architectural design tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, Rhino, SketchUp, and 3D rendering software.
  • Strong knowledge of building codes, construction methods, and materials.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php25, Php35,000.00 per month
