This is a remote position. AU Mortgage Senior Loan Processor (Remote) Background At PeoplePartners, we’re working with one of our amazing clients in the Australian finance sector. About the Role As a Mortgage Senior Loan Processor, you’ll be the go‑to person behind the scenes, making sure every application is accurate, compliant, and completed on time. Think of yourself as the bridge between clients, brokers, and lenders. Your Key Responsibilities: Review and prepare client documents with precision. Redact sensitive information (TFNs). Manage data in MyCRM and Apply Online systems. Handle valuations, pricing, and credit file updates. Communicate with clients via email and phone. Requirements About YOU You thrive on detail, enjoy problem-solving, and have a knack for spotting errors before anyone else. You’re also customer-focused—you know finance can feel overwhelming, and you bring empathy to every client interaction. About YOUR Work History 5+ years in mortgage processing, lending, or financial admin. Familiarity with CRM systems, lender portals, and valuation tools.
