About the Role:
We're looking for a driven and results-oriented Business Development / Sales Representative to help grow our client base. This role focuses on finding and nurturing qualified leads, building relationships, and supporting the sales team in turning opportunities into successful deals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Research and identify potential leads through online platforms, databases, and industry sources.
- Reach out to prospects via email, LinkedIn, or calls to introduce our company and services.
- Qualify leads and schedule appointments or demos for the sales team.
- Maintain and update lead records in the CRM or tracking sheet.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop outreach strategies.
- Meet or exceed weekly and monthly lead generation targets.
Qualifications:
- Experience in lead generation, sales, or business development (B2B experience is a plus).
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Comfortable using online research tools, email, and social media for outreach.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Goal-driven, proactive, and self-motivated.
- Must be able to work independently and meet deadlines.
- At least 2 years of experience as a Business Development Representative, Sales Representative, or similar role.
- Excellent command of English (both written and spoken).
Work Setup:
- Remote / Work-from-home
- Flexible hours, but must be able to coordinate with the team as needed
