Job Description: Business Development Manager Location: Iloilo, Philippines (Onsite) Salary: PHP 60,000+ (Negotiable) About the Role The Business Development Manager plays a critical role in bridging Marketing and Sales functions by identifying and developing new business opportunities through proactive customer outreach. This position focuses on lead generation, nurturing prospects, closing deals, and delivering excellent after-sales service to ensure sustained business growth. Key Responsibilities Achieve or exceed monthly sales quotas and fixed revenue per lead targets. Present the company’s services effectively to leads generated by Marketing and Inside Sales teams. Nurture leads and convert them into loyal customers through strategic relationship building. Generate new business leads via cold outreach and leverage existing networks for introductions and referrals. Accurately log all sales activities, lead interactions, and client data in HubSpot CRM and other tools. Maintain and update client information within the company’s CRM database. Prepare and report monthly sales forecasts to management. Provide actionable feedback and recommendations to management to enhance company reputation, competitive positioning, and product offerings. Collaborate with management to optimize marketing materials and broaden marketing outreach. Perform additional tasks assigned by supervisors or executive management. Qualifications Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Development Manager or similar role in a related industry. Proficient in CRM platforms, especially HubSpot, for client data management and sales tracking. Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to convey value propositions clearly. Skilled in lead generation using both inbound and outbound strategies, including cold calls and referral networking. Analytical and strategic thinker experienced in sales forecasting and performance analysis. Proficient in productivity and reporting tools, particularly Google Sheets, for data management and reporting. Collaborative mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally with Marketing, Inside Sales, and Management teams. Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail in maintaining accurate sales and client records. Adaptable to a fast-changing environment and capable of managing multiple priorities independently.
