They have been providing commercial and residential pest control in Central and South Florida for over 45 years, covering more than 12 counties with science-based pest control, a recurring revenue model, and a customer-first approach.

About the Role

We're seeking a strategic and self-sufficient SEO Specialist to drive organic visibility, lead local SEO efforts, and support technical optimization across a fast-growing multi-location business. This is a critical role reporting directly to the Chief Marketing Officer and working closely with both the CEO and CFO. You'll take full ownership of the company's SEO strategy and execution—from local listings to content collaboration to technical audits—helping the company expand its market dominance and fuel revenue growth.

Work hours: 1:00 AM to 10:00 AM US Pacific Time, Monday to Friday (4:00 PM to 1:00 AM PHT)

What you'll do

Local SEO Mastery

• Drive performance for 15+ (and growing) local service area pages
• Optimize Google Business Profiles (GMB), map pack visibility, and local citations
• Identify opportunities for new location pages and strategies to increase online reviews

Technical SEO Excellence

• Conduct regular technical audits to address crawl issues, broken links, and site speed
• Manage on-page optimization including schema markup, metadata, tagging, and indexing hygiene
• Collaborate with dev and design teams to implement improvements

Strategic Prioritization and Reporting

• Create clear, actionable dashboards that show the real impact of SEO efforts
• Prioritize initiatives based on business value—not vanity metrics
• Communicate findings and strategies effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Execution Ownership

• Operate independently and lead full project cycles with minimal supervision
• Plan, implement, and QA SEO tasks to ensure accuracy and results
• Own the roadmap and drive momentum across multiple initiatives

Content Collaboration

• Work with content writers and AI tools to develop SEO-optimized content
• Contribute to keyword research, content briefs, and on-page formatting
• Maximize organic performance through smart, collaborative execution—strong writing skills are welcome but not required

Job requirements

What You Bring

• 3–7 years of proven SEO experience with success stories across local and technical SEO
• End-to-end SEO ownership experience, ideally for small to medium-sized businesses
• Strong analytical mindset focused on measurable results and business impact
• Strategic thinker with the ability to execute, prioritize, and self-manage in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with tools like GA4, Looker Studio, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, and Surfer SEO
• Familiarity with U.S. search trends, customer behavior, and local service industries
• Fluent in English with strong communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in pest control, home services, or franchise/local service models
• Hands-on work with multi-location or acquisition-driven businesses
