Paid Search Specialist

Location: Candidates must reside in The Philippines. Fully remote.
Salary: $20k-26k USD Annual Salary.
Working Hours: Minimum of 40 hours per week. Must be online 9:00 am - 6:00 pm EST Monday through Friday. Position may require occasional overtime hours.
Key Responsibilities
- Planning, managing, and executing Sponsored Product, Sponsored Brand, and Sponsored Display advertising campaigns
- Establishing, optimizing, and tracking KPIs and budgets for clients
- Auditing historical campaign performance and identifying performance drivers
- Ensuring that client advertising budgets are not exceeded or underspent
- Communicating the monthly/quarterly performance of advertising initiatives
- Collaborating with Account Managers to confirm client PPC objectives
- Staying current with Amazon best practices to ensure our clients are leveraging the latest strategies
- C1-C2 English proficiency
- 1-3 years of experience managing PPC campaigns on Amazon
- Understanding of the relationship between CPC, impressions, ACOS, and conversion rate
- Demonstrated ability to implement advertising strategies and identify opportunities to improve account performance
- Bachelor's degree or comparable experience
- Excited by the opportunity to work with a variety of clients across many industries
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Results-oriented and self-motivated with outstanding attention to detail
- Comfortable with a fast pace and changing initiatives
- Ability to balance multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Highly proficient in Excel with experience in vlookup, pivot tables, and other basic formulas
