Salary: ₱20,000 + Performance Incentive (up to $500/month)

Role Overview:

Search Engine Support Representative - help users have a seamless search experience. You will respond to inquiries, provide accurate information, and maintain data integrity while working in a dynamic, global BPO environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist users with search engine-related questions and technical concerns
  • Provide accurate and relevant product or service information
  • Perform data entry, system updates, and maintain information accuracy
  • Troubleshoot basic technical issues and escalate as needed
  • Ensure high-quality service delivery in compliance with performance standards

Qualifications:

  • Graduate: At least 6 months Customer Care Experience (CCE) or Technical Support Representative (TSR) experience
  • Undergraduate: At least 1 year Customer Service Representative (CSR) or TSR experience
  • Proficient in Windows OS and MS Office applications
  • English proficiency at B2 CEFR level
  • Typing speed: 32 WPM
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
