JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

●       Bachelor's degree holder, with a highly preferred degree in Business/ Marketing/ /Advertising or IT related course.

● years of professional experience in successfully developing and executing SEO campaigns.

●       Able to complete competitive analysis of other companies within the industry.

●       Strong knowledge and deep understanding of Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Google Reviews

●       Understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking methods.

●       Fluent in English, both in written and verbal communication

●       Open to work ON-SITE (Monday to Friday; 8:00 am to 5:00 pm)

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

● Monitor and analyze website traffic and visitor trends.

● Monitor and analyze trends and traffic on social media platforms, particularly Google and Meta.

● Collaborate with the Social Media Supervisor to manage Google Ads campaigns.

● Maintain and update information on the official Google Business Profile and respond to Google Reviews.

● Analyze direct and potential competitors and develop a customized SEO strategy for the website and social media platforms.

● Document SEO optimization guidelines to serve as a reference by the company.

● Demonstrate ability to meet tight deadlines. Weekly and monthly SEO reports are required to clearly outline accomplishments and action plans.

● Upload blogs, promotional pages, and other materials prepared by the marketing team to the website and relevant channels to enhance search engine visibility and increase web traffic.

● Work closely with the Web Developer to maintain Shinagawa's websites; a solid understanding of web-based technologies is expected.

● Discuss updates from the Japanese staff

● Other tasks that management may assign from time to time relevant to job position.
