Seeking a creative marketing & design pro to lead branding, social media, and digital campaigns that drive awareness and generate leads.

JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a dynamic and highly creative Creative Marketing and Graphic Design Associate to join our team. This role combines strategic marketing, social media, and graphic design to drive brand awareness, generate leads, and support our overall marketing goals. The ideal candidate will have a flair for design, a strategic mindset, and a passion for digital marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing Communications & Branding

  • Develop and execute marketing communication strategies aligned with brand identity.
  • Design and maintain brand guidelines across all channels.

Sales-Driven Marketing

  • Develop and implement monthly marketing strategies to achieve sales targets.
  • Create targeted campaigns for both B2C and B2B segments.

Digital & Online Marketing

  • Manage and optimize digital ad campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, etc.
  • Improve website visibility and organic reach through SEO best practices.
  • Coordinate influencer marketing campaigns for product promotions and brand awareness.
  • Manage CRM platforms to nurture leads and maintain customer relationships.

E-commerce Marketing

  • Develop strategies to drive traffic and conversions across platforms including Etsy, Amazon, Lazada, and Shopee.
  • Track and analyze performance metrics to optimize campaigns and listings.

Social Media & PR

  • Plan, create, and schedule content across all social media platforms.
  • Coordinate PR marketing efforts, including media outreach, press releases, and event planning.

Intern Management

  • Supervise marketing interns, providing guidance and feedback.
  • Assign and monitor tasks to support marketing projects.

Graphic Design & Production

  • Design compelling marketing materials including digital ads, social media graphics, brochures, banners, and email templates.
  • Support visual content needs for both online and offline marketing initiatives.

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Advertising, or Business.
  • At least 2 years of work experience in the same field.
  • Preferably with experience in the same industry (e-commerce, digital marketing, or design-focused businesses).
  • Reliably to commute or relocate/resides in or near Pasig City.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, and video editing software.
  • Creative and visually oriented with strong design sensibilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledgeable in SEO, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Social Media Marketing, Facebook Community Management, and copywriting.
  • Experienced in e-commerce enablement operations and marketing for platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, Shopify, Zalora, Etsy, and Amazon.
