Job Description

As a Marketing Associate, you will play a key role in implementing marketing campaigns, managing social media presence, analyzing marketing data, and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and lead generation
  • Create compelling marketing content for social media, email campaigns, website, and other digital platforms
  • Design and maintain marketing collateral, including presentations, brochures, and promotional materials
  • Monitor and analyze marketing campaign metrics to optimize performance and ROI
  • Manage social media accounts and develop engaging content strategies
  • Write and edit marketing copy for various channels (blogs, newsletters, website content)
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and competitor activities
  • Support email marketing initiatives, including list segmentation and campaign development
  • Assist in developing and maintaining brand guidelines across all marketing materials
  • Track and report on key marketing KPIs and campaign performance
  • Coordinate with external vendors for marketing material production
  • Optimize content for SEO and digital marketing best practices
  • Support the development and execution of content marketing strategy
  • Maintain marketing calendar and campaign schedules
  • Research and implement marketing automation tools and technologies
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and content creation skills
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships through marketing channels
  • Self-motivated with a growth mindset and a creative approach to problem-solving
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret marketing data and adjust strategies accordingly
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with sales goals
  • Experience with marketing tools, CRM software, and social media platforms is a plus​​​​​​​
