Overview

We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to keep our day-to-day marketing operations running smoothly. Reporting to the internal digital marketing strategy team, this role is responsible for executing marketing plans, maintaining our digital presence, and ensuring content, reporting, and email campaigns are timely, consistent, and well-organised.

Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain monthly content calendars (primarily for LinkedIn)
  • Draft engaging post copy and basic visual assets
  • Research target audiences and relevant hashtags; track performance metrics
  • Compile engagement reports and insights for leadership
  • Build clear, executive-friendly dashboards
  • Identify trends and deliver performance insights to the management team
  • Draft outlines, scripts, and structures for short-form videos
  • Add subtitles/captions and prep files for upload
  • Optimise YouTube uploads (titles, descriptions, tags, thumbnails, playlists)
  • Organise video assets using a consistent file-naming and folder structure
  • Update flows, segments, and contact lists
  • Load content, schedule campaigns, and monitor performance metrics
  • Ensure best practices for deliverability and engagement
  • Maintain and optimise the enablesGROUP Careers social media presence
  • Post job vacancies and monitor engagement across social channels
What We're Looking For
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in marketing coordination, preferably in B2B, tech, or agency environments
  • Working knowledge of: o Figma or Canva for quick-turn design assets or WordPress for content updates
  • GA4 for dashboards and reporting
  • YouTube Studio for video uploads and basic SEO optimisation
  • Confident writing and editing skills with an eye for clean, on-brand visuals
  • Highly organised, with a knack for maintaining tidy folders, files, and calendars
  • Ability to work independently and prioritise tasks in a hybrid setup (2–3 days onsite/week)
Nice to Have
  • Experience with LinkedIn Ads or organic LinkedIn campaigns
  • Familiarity with or ClickUp for task tracking
  • Exposure to basic motion graphics tools (e.g. Adobe Express, CapCut)
