  • Ensure that disbursement is accordance with company policies and budget
  • Ensure accurate booking of purchases and disbursement
  • Review and post accounting entries for disbursement and purchases
  • Review disbursement summary reports
  • Prepares monthly bank reconciliations for collections and disbursements
  • Assist Property Manager in preparation of Annual Budget
  • Prepares working paper and other year-end reports
  • Communicates and sending of all accounting transactions to External Accountant
  • Other task that maybe assigned from time to time
