Job Overview:

As a Chat Support Representative, you will be answering casual messages on a fantasy-based website. You have to be able to talk to customers about all kinds of topics. Some of our clients just want to have light conversations on relationships, routines, weather, work and culture. Your identity will be kept confidential and will not be known by customers because you will be assumed to be the person the customer is chatting with.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for delivering exceptional customer service through online chat interactions

  • Prepare engaging and interesting topics and respond to all incoming messages in a creative manner

  • Collaborate with team leads to ensure consistent and effective customer support

  • Ensure timely responses to incoming messages from external clients in accordance to guidelines

  • Meet and excel performance targets, including response time and chat volume goals in accordance to guidelines

Qualifications/Skills:

  • At least 6 months experience working in any Industry

  • Fresh graduates (with academic honors) are welcome to apply

  • Must have excellent English writing skills and without grammatical mistakes.

  • Amenable to work ONSITE in McKinley, Taguig (Intellectual Property Center, Upper McKinley Rd., BGC)

  • Amenable to work on shifting schedule (Morning, Mid, Night)
