We are seeking a detail-oriented and sales-driven Customer Service Representative (Non-Voice) to handle customer inquiries, provide accurate information, and promote products/services through email, chat, and other written communication channels. The ideal candidate has strong written communication skills, a persuasive sales approach, and the ability to resolve concerns efficiently while meeting sales targets.


Key Responsibilities:
Customer Support (Non-Voice)
  • Respond to customer queries via email, live chat, or social media channels in a professional and timely manner.
  • Provide accurate information on products, services, and company policies.
  • Handle order tracking, product returns, billing inquiries, and account updates.
  • Document customer interactions in the CRM system for record-keeping.
Sales & Upselling
  • Identify customer needs and recommend relevant products or services.
  • Promote new offers, promotions, or bundles to encourage purchases.
  • Achieve or exceed monthly sales and conversion targets.
  • Follow up on potential leads generated through online inquiries.
Problem Resolution
  • Address customer concerns with empathy and effective problem-solving.
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
  • Provide after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Qualifications:
  • At least 1–2 years of experience in a non-voice BPO role, preferably with a sales component.
  • Strong written communication skills in English.
  • Proven sales experience (upselling, cross-selling, or lead conversion).
  • Proficient in CRM tools, email platforms, and chat systems.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • High attention to detail and customer-centric mindset.
