About the role

iOPEX Technologies Philippines Inc. is seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented professional to join our team as a 100% Non-Voice Account for Healthcare. This full-time position offers the opportunity to work in our Taguig City office, where you will be playing a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service to our healthcare clients.

  • Handling non-voice customer service inquiries and requests via email, chat, and other digital channels
  • Responding to customer queries in a timely, professional, and empathetic manner

What we're looking for

  • At least 1 year of experience in a customer service or customer support role, preferably in the healthcare industry
