Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to oversee all maintenance operations at our hotel. You'll be responsible for ensuring all equipment, guest rooms, and public areas are well-maintained, safe, and operating efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise the maintenance team and daily tasks
  • Perform and schedule regular maintenance and repairs
  • Respond quickly to guest service requests related to maintenance
  • Ensure hotel facilities and equipment meet safety and compliance standards
  • Manage inventory, tools, and maintenance records

Requirements:

  • Previous maintenance experience in a hotel or hospitality setting
  • Strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general repairs
  • Good communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to handle emergencies and work flexible hours when needed

Required Certifications (preferred or must-have):

  • DENR Accredited Pollution Control Officer (PCO)
  • Certified Safety Officer (SO1, SO2, or higher – as applicable)
  • FDAS Certification (Fire Detection and Alarm System)
  • TESDA or technical vocational certifications related to electrical/mechanical work are a plus
