Food Records Inc. (FRI) is the backbone of a growing group of food and beverage (F&B) concepts — from specialty coffee shops like Mabuhay Craft Coffee, to modern street food brands like Binondo Boys, Tost (our in-house bakery), and more on the way.

As the central commissary, FRI supports all our outlets by handling kitchen operations, logistics, and staffing. It's the backbone and "mothership" of our growing F&B brands — with a dedicated team working behind the scenes to deliver exceptional food every day.

JOB TITLE: Line Cook

LOCATION: Food Records Inc. Commissary - Scout Rallos, Quezon City with possible deployment to concept stores around Quezon City

EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Full-time, On-site

ROLE OVERVIEW:

We are looking for open-minded and hard-working Line Cooks who are ready to grow in a dynamic kitchen environment. This is not a one-brand kitchen — you'll be trained across different concepts under Food Records Inc. You'll get the chance to learn real systems, processes, and work alongside professional chefs from multiple cuisines. Placement will be based on operational needs — you may start in the commissary and be assigned to store-level training as we scale our food concepts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in preparing and cooking dishes based on assigned concept
  • Maintain cleanliness, organization, and proper food handling at all times
  • Support inventory receiving, labeling, and daily stock monitoring
  • Follow kitchen systems and standard operating procedures
  • Work with speed and consistency during service periods
  • Rotate stations or concepts as needed depending on business demands

Required Qualifications:

  • At least 6 months experience in a kitchen or culinary background
  • Willing to be trained in multiple cuisines and rotate assignments
  • Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and eagerness to learn
  • Can handle physical demands of a fast-paced kitchen environment
  • Team player and able to work with supervision or independently

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in a commissary or multi-brand kitchen is an advantage
  • Exposure to food safety practices and kitchen inventory systems
