Our Line Cooks are responsible for setting up the prep station, preparing menu items, stocking inventory, and maintaining sanitation standards. Ultimately, they play an essential role in contributing to Mary Grace's customer satisfaction and restaurant growth.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Graduate of a culinary course / Highschool graduate / College level with at least 2 years of related experience in a casual dining full-service restaurant
  • Preferably has experience in Italian and Western cuisine (Pastas, salads, Sandwiches and entrees)
  • Has at least six months of experience in hot/cold kitchen as a line cook/prep cook but fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Has good verbal and written communications skills
  • Amenable to work on a shifting schedule, with possible overtime work (including holidays, weekends, and night shift schedules)
  • Amenable to walk and stand for long periods, as service demands, and carry heavy-weight materials and to get exposed to cold/hot food preparation and food service environments
  • Amenable to get exposed to food allergens
  • Willing to be assigned in any of our branches in Makati
