Job Description

  • Identify and develop new potential clients who may benefit from the company's services (primary area of operations: Iloilo, Western Visayas).
  • Represent the company in project biddings.
  • Oversee and manage projects from tender stage to project turnover.
  • Coordinate with various departments (design, fabrication, logistics, and management) to ensure efficient project execution.
  • Prepare project execution plans and schedules in coordination with clients, trade contractors, and consultants.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate contract terms in accordance with project requirements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
  • 0–3 years of relevant work experience (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
  • Strong analytical, critical, and logical thinking skills; detail-oriented.
  • Familiar with structural analysis software such as SAP2000 and ETABS, Microsoft Office, and Autodesk products.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Effective team player with excellent communication skills, able to collaborate across departments and with clients/consultants.
