The Opportunity: Project Salesman

We are immediately seeking a dedicated and results-driven Project Salesman to manage and grow our sales within the Iloilo area, specifically at the VCY Sales Corporation - PVC Jaro Iloilo Branch. This is an excellent opportunity for a professional who thrives on meeting sales targets, building strong client relationships, and representing reputable brands.

  • Area Assignment: VCY Sales Corporation - PVC Jaro Iloilo Branch
  • Address: VCY Bldg., MC Arthur Highway, Brgy Balantang, Jaro, Iloilo City Landmark: Front of 8th Street, Lawaan Village, beside Triumph Home Depot Jaro.

Key Responsibilities

  • Actively seek out and secure new project sales opportunities with contractors, developers, architects, and direct clients.
  • Manage the sales process from initial contact to contract closing and after-sales support.
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients and key decision-makers.
  • Conduct product presentations and negotiations.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and goals.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market activities, and competitors.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably within the construction, hardware, building materials, or related industry, is a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales quotas.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • A proactive and results-oriented approach to work.
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned area.
