Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role, based in Manila, for an Area Sales Manager. The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales within the assigned territory, building and maintaining relationships with dealers and customers, and developing sales strategies to meet targets. Additional responsibilities include conducting market analysis, preparing sales reports, and collaborating with marketing teams to implement promotional activities.

Qualifications

  • Sales Strategy, Market Analysis, and Territory Management skills
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Experience in preparing sales reports and meeting sales targets
  • Knowledge of the automotive industry and dealership operations
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role is a plus
  • Proficiency in using sales software and CRM tools
