They are seeking a strategic, experienced, and people-centered General Manager who can lead nationwide operations, drive profitability, and elevate the organization's retail excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic leadership and operational oversight across nationwide retail operations.
  • Drive revenue growth, profitability, and expansion through effective strategies and data-driven decision-making.
  • Ensure exceptional operational standards across store operations, supply chain, logistics, and distribution.
  • Strengthen organizational capability through high-impact people leadership, talent development, and performance culture.
  • Collaborate closely with senior executives and stakeholders to align initiatives with business goals.
  • Safeguard compliance with corporate policies, financial controls, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
  • Champion a culture of innovation, accountability, customer-centricity, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • Must bring extensive executive leadership experience, including a prior General Manager role in a company with nationwide operations of 50+ branches and 300+ employees.
  • Minimum 10–15 years of progressive leadership experience in retail, distribution, or related industries.
  • Demonstrated success in general management, multi-site operations, and full P&L responsibility.
  • Strong strategic planning, organizational leadership, and executive decision-making capabilities.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced and competitive retail environment.
