About the Role
Join our growing team as a B2B Lead Generation Specialist You'll play a key role in identifying, engaging, and qualifying new business opportunities for the company. This role involves cold calling and emailing, so confidence in communication and persistence are key. You'll also collaborate with the marketing team to build strategies that drive growth and help expand our client's reach.

What You'll Be Doing
- Research and identify potential leads through online platforms, social media, and networking events
- Conduct cold calls and send emails to qualify and engage prospects
- Maintain and organize a database of leads and prospects
- Collaborate with marketing and executive teams to create effective lead gen strategies
- Track, analyze, and report lead generation performance metrics
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices
- Deliver excellent customer service to prospects and clients
- Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Attend industry events and conferences to build relationships and generate leads
About You
- 3–5 years of experience in lead generation and sales
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proven experience in cold calling and emailing
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Skilled in using CRM and lead generation tools
- Proven ability to develop and implement lead generation strategies
- Organized, analytical, and data-driven
- Team player who can also work independently
- Amenable to work onsite
