employees' Payroll, Compensation and Benefits,
-Rewards and Recognition Programs
-Assist in development of programs to improve
performance, engagements, and satisfactions of
employee
-Carry out any assigned delegated assignment by the

benefits, and on time
-100% filled in positions within the time period
stated in the Manpower Request Form
-Completed 201 file during Onboarding

Management System
END-TO-END RECRUITMENT
1. Prepare and plan for the candidate personal
(traits, skills, characteristics aligned with the position
to be filled) and job description following the
Manpower Request Form submitted by Unit.
2. Source candidates internally (Employee Referral
Program) or externally (job boards, social media,
etc.) which may include sourcing and partnership
with training institutions for recruitment efficiency
3. Screen job applications and select shortlists of
candidates using the Job Interview Form.
4. Hire, negotiate, extend a Job Employment Offer
and Employment Contract (details of duties, work
schedule, start date, compensation, benefits, and
other pertinent details).
5. Create an onboarding plan for new employees up
to regularization to include.
• Introductions to other team members
• An orientation that covers corporate mission, vision, values, Code of Conduct of the company
• A training schedule to help new staff to get acclimated and ready to succeed
• Evaluation by the immediate supervisor on the 3rd and 5th month.
• Provide the contract and letter for regularization and endorse to the HR Recruitment Staff handling the particular Unit.
