The Finance Manager will be responsible for maintaining the financial integrity and operational efficiency of the organization. This position requires strong accounting and compliance expertise, along with hands-on experience in construction finance functions such as project costing, procurement, and supplier management. The ideal candidate will act as a key business partner to management, supporting sound decision-making and ensuring resources are effectively utilized to achieve profitability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor the finance team to strengthen processes across accounting, reporting, and procurement functions.
  • Collaborate with project and operations teams to align financial planning with construction timelines, resource allocation, and cost targets.
  • Oversee project costing, budget monitoring, and variance analysis to maintain profitability and control expenses.
  • Manage procurement-related financial activities, including purchase planning, supplier coordination, and cost optimization.
  • Prepare, review, and analyze monthly financial reports tailored to project and construction operations.
  • Ensure compliance with taxation and reporting requirements, maintaining accuracy in all filings and submissions.
  • Coordinate with external auditors, financial institutions, and regulators regarding audits and other financial matters.
  • Support management with financial insights for project bids, feasibility studies, and long-term strategic initiatives.
  • Establish and monitor internal controls to safeguard company assets and uphold financial transparency.

Qualifications

  • CPA certification is a strong advantage.
  • Minimum of 4–6 years of progressive experience in finance or accounting, ideally within construction or project-driven environments.
  • Demonstrated expertise in costing, procurement, and supplier negotiations.
  • Solid knowledge of taxation, compliance, and financial reporting principles.
  • Familiarity with IFRS and Philippine Financial Reporting Standards (PFRS).
  • Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic setting.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php50, Php80,000.00 per month
