Primary Job Responsibility
Responsible for gathering, cleansing, and analyzing data to develop insights and recommendations for business decisions

- Duties and Responsibilities
- Create and maintain reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify trends
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and requirements for reporting and analysis
- Develop and implement data quality checks to ensure the accuracy and consistency of data
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of reporting
- Communicate findings and insights to stakeholders through presentations and written reports
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in reporting and analytics
- Duties and Responsibilities to be done at IRREGULAR or INTERMITTENT Intervals
- Responds to gather, analyze and mating all the reports related to Enrollment and Membership movements in the System, and attend internal meetings.

- EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENT
MINIMUM educational level and background required by this POSITION: College Graduate of a 4 year Course
- EXPERIENCE AND TRAINING
PERIOD OF TIME OR LENGTH of related experience the CANDIDATE must acquire before being assigned to and perform the functions of this job, SATISFACTORILY under NORMAL supervision: at least 6 months reporting experience is an advantage but may not be required
- SKILLS REQUIREMENT
Skilled or specialized: proficiency is gained thru wide experience in a SPECIALIZED or TECHNICAL area
Advanced proficiency in Excel (Power Query is a plus but not required)
Ability to work with large datasets and analyze complex data
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Experience with data visualization tool
