We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to join ABELTRADE ENTERPRISES CORPORATION. This role supports the sales and trading operations by ensuring smooth communication between clients, suppliers, logistics, and internal teams. The ideal candidate is organized, efficient, and experienced in coordinating sales processes within a trading environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the sales team with day-to-day coordination, documentation, and customer communication
  • Coordinate with suppliers, logistics providers, and internal departments to ensure timely delivery of goods
  • Monitor inventory levels, shipment schedules, and order status
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide follow-up on pending orders or delivery issues
  • Communicate with international suppliers regarding pricing, lead times, and product availability
  • Ensure all trading documents (WB, DR, invoices) are accurate and compliant.
  • Assist in preparing tender documents, contracts, and commercial proposals
  • Support the sales team during trade shows, client meetings, or product presentations

· Perform other duties that may be assigned by Management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, or related field (preferred)
  • Experience in a hardware trading company, tools distribution, or construction materials supply, or with a good understanding of industrial products and categories (tools, MRO supplies, valves, fittings, bearings, safety equipment, electrical items, etc.
  • 1–3 years of experience in sales coordination, operations, or customer service
  • Strong understanding of trading procedures, logistics, and documentation
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and CRM/ERP systems
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and time-management abilities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
