Key Responsibilities:

  1. HR Compliance & Employee Relations

Ensure company compliance with DOLE and other relevant labor laws.

Expertly handle employee relations issues, grievances, and workplace disputes.

Draft and issue internal memos and official notices as needed.

  1. Payroll & Benefits Assistance

Assist in payroll processing and related HR documentation.

Coordinate benefits administration, leaves, and other employee entitlements.

  1. Recruitment & Onboarding

Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including posting job openings, screening, interviewing, and hiring.

Prepare employment contracts, Certificates of Employment (COE), and other HR-related documents.

Facilitate onboarding programs for new hires.

  1. Training & Development

Organize and conduct employee training sessions and development programs.

Plan and manage company events and team-building activities.

Evaluate employee performance and provide reports to management.

  1. People & Organization Management

Monitor workforce performance, productivity, and engagement.

Support management in handling organizational issues and maintaining positive workplace culture.

Provide guidance to supervisors and managers on HR best practices.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

2–3 years of experience in HR, preferably with strong knowledge of DOLE compliance.

Demonstrated expertise in handling employee relations and labor compliance issues.

Experience in payroll assistance and HR documentation.

Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize, and meet deadlines.

Knowledge of people management, training, and employee engagement strategies.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Excel and PowerPoint.
