We're Hiring HR Associate – Compensation & Benefits

Are you passionate about HR, with a keen interest in Compensation and Benefits? We are looking for a motivated HR Associate – Compensation & Benefits to join our growing team and help manage our compensation and benefits programs for the Philippine market.

As an HR Associate, you will play an essential role in supporting the day-to-day administration of compensation and benefits, ensuring that we continue to offer competitive, compliant, and employee-centric offerings.

What You'll Do:

  • Compensation Administration: Support the development and maintenance of compensation structures, including salary benchmarking, job evaluations, and pay surveys for the Philippine market.
  • Benefits Coordination: Assist in the administration of employee benefits programs such as health insurance, leave policies, retirement plans, and other benefits.
  • Employee Queries: Serve as the first point of contact for employee inquiries related to compensation, benefits, and payroll.
  • Compliance & Documentation: Ensure all compensation and benefits processes comply with Philippine labor laws and industry standards.
  • Data Management: Assist with maintaining and updating employee compensation and benefits data in HR systems.
  • Reporting: Prepare reports related to compensation, benefits utilization, and compliance for HR and management.
  • Process Improvement: Contribute to the continuous improvement of compensation and benefits processes, ensuring they align with the company's goals and employee needs.

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience: At least 1-2 years of experience in HR, with exposure to compensation and benefits administration.
  • Market Knowledge: Familiarity with Philippine compensation structures, benefits programs, and labor laws is a plus.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail, especially when it comes to data entry, benefits administration, and payroll compliance.
  • Communication Skills: Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with employees, management, and external partners.
  • Analytical Abilities: Comfort with basic data analysis and reporting related to compensation and benefits.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word), and familiarity with HRIS or compensation tools.
  • Degree: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
